Animal Flow

In our Animal Flow/Primal Movement workshop, we explore the world of functional, animal-inspired movements designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and stability. Led by a certified coach, you’ll learn a series of fluid movements inspired by animals such as bears, monkeys, and cats. Suitable for all levels—from beginners to advanced—this workshop offers a fun and unique way to move your body in new ways. Discover the freedom and fluidity of Animal Flow! (And don’t worry—we won’t be imitating any animal sounds or behaviors 😉).


Kickboxing

This workshop introduces you to kickboxing. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience, it’s suitable for anyone looking to improve their kickboxing skills. During the workshop, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of kickboxing, including punches, kicks, attacking and defending, padwork, and head movement. We’ll also work on a variety of dynamic combinations.


Office Corrective Mobility

Our corrective flexibility and mobility workshop is specifically designed for people who spend long hours at a desk. During the session, we’ll perform a series of assessments to evaluate your body’s functionality. Based on the results, we’ll then teach you techniques to counteract the negative effects of prolonged sitting.


Self-Defence

Learning to defend yourself is a fundamental skill. Hopefully, you’ll never need it, but if you do, it’s best to be prepared. This self-defence workshop offers a practical and effective approach to personal safety. Under the guidance of a certified instructor, you’ll primarily learn escape techniques based on realistic scenarios. Whether you’re looking to boost your confidence, develop physical skills, or simply learn to better protect yourself, this workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.


Sword Fighting/ Historical European Martial Arts

During our sword fighting workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the ancient art of swordsmanship. With over 17 years of experience, the instructor will teach you the fundamentals of two-handed longsword fighting, including proper stance, footwork, distance, attacks, and defence. You’ll also explore a wide range of techniques to give you a sense of how comprehensive, technical, and exciting sword fighting can be!
