Personal Training

1 on 1

The standard personal training experience. We’ll work with you on your goals for a full hour. Together, we’ll discuss availability to see if we can set a regular weekly session, or schedule a new time each week.

You’ll receive a program and guidance tailored to your individual needs and goals. We typically train the entire body in every session (‘total body’), unless you have specific objectives. Our focus usually includes functional mobility, core, balance, plyometrics, and strength.

Every 4–6 weeks, we adjust your program and progress to the next phase of a 5-phase macrocycle.


1 on 2

Similar to one-on-one training, you’ll train alongside your partner, friend, child, or parent! You’ll follow the same program simultaneously, with modifications when needed (because no two people are the same!).

These sessions usually take place at a different location (321-Fit in Heverlee) to provide more space.
