Would you like more structured training or want to work towards a specific goal, but not necessarily under direct supervision? At Virtus, we can create a personalised online program tailored to your needs. We start with an intake interview to gather all relevant background information, and then, using periodisation phases, we design a workout program that works for you.
Follow-up
In addition to a program, you can also receive personal follow-up without necessarily being physically present. Each month, we’ll either do one physical session OR hold a call to review your progress, address any challenges, and make adjustments as needed.
